Our Directors

Directors Lindi and Nqabutho’s careers have been shaped by years of frontline practice, leadership, and a deep understanding of what safe, ethical and person-centred care looks like. Alongside their professional knowledge, they also bring lived insight.

They have seen, both within their own family and through their work, the profound difference that timely, high-quality assessments can make. They understand the reality of long waiting lists, the uncertainty families experience while seeking answers, and the impact that the right support at the right time can have on education, confidence, career planning and overall wellbeing.

Witnessing these experiences first-hand, at home and in practice, has strengthened their commitment to doing things properly. For them, assessment is not simply about reaching a diagnosis. It is about clarity, dignity and meaningful next steps. It is about ensuring individuals feel heard, understood and supported beyond the report itself.

This combination of clinical expertise, regulatory understanding and personal perspective drives their passion to deliver assessments that are thorough, ethical and genuinely supportive, helping individuals move forward with confidence and access the opportunities and long-term support they deserve.

Assessment Team

Our network of fully qualified, experienced assessors conduct online assessments, bringing specialist knowledge and a compassionate, person-centred approach. Each clinician is carefully selected to join our team for their expertise, professionalism, and dedication. Beyond joining our network, they are then thoughtfully matched to the individual being assessed, ensuring a personalised and supportive experience.

Administration Team

Our administrative and operational staff have industry experience and play a crucial role in making the assessment process seamless. From managing bookings to coordinating follow-up and communications, they ensure every individual feels supported, informed, and cared for throughout their journey.
